  • Watch Behavior: We track specific interactions, such as whether a subscriber watched a video embedded via our Service, watch duration, and click-through rates.

2.4. Content Data and Scanning

We collect the content of the push notifications and emails you create and send through our platform. As stated in our Terms of Service, we automatically scan this content to detect malware, spam, phishing attempts, and violations of our policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  1. Service Provision: To create and manage your account, send notifications to your subscribers on your behalf, and display analytics regarding your video performance.
  2. Safety and Compliance (Content Scanning): To scan the text, links, and media within your outgoing notifications to identify and block malicious content (malware), spam, or content that violates YouTube Community Guidelines or our Terms of Service.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

HypeKrew's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We do not sell Google User Data to third parties.
  • We do not transfer Google User Data to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving our features, unless required by law or as part of a merger/acquisition.
